Deposits

A deposit of 50% of the total tariff is required within seven (7) days to secure the booking. Full payment of booking is required, if booking is within four (4) weeks of arrival.

Balance

Full payment is required with four (4) weeks before arrival date for off snow accommodation and eight (8) weeks before arrival date for on snow accommodation. Failure to send balance by the due date can result in cancellation of bookings without notice. Dishonoured cheques incur a fee of $30.

Amendments

Amendments to verified reservations will incur a minimum fee of $30 plus any fees imposed by the accommodation house or service operator/provider for reservations amended after the deposit has been paid. Amendments made after the balance due date are treated as a cancellation and subject to cancellation fees.

Amendments made to Packages that have been paid in full will incur a minimum fee of $30. Exemptions apply when adding new products.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be notified in writing. Travel Insurance is strongly recommended. Deposits will be refunded less a cancellation fee of $70 if more than four (4) weeks notice is given for off snow accommodation or more than eight (8) weeks notice is given for on snow accommodation. If less than the four (4) or eight (8) weeks notice (whichever applicable for your accommodation) then all monies paid are forfeited.

Refunds

Refunds are not available for cancellations after the holiday package has commenced, this includes unused lift passes, ski hire and lessons.

Other Conditions

It is the client’s responsibility to check all documentation carefully. All tickets, vouchers and documents are issued subject to the terms and conditions under which services are provided by the principals concerned.The company reserves the right to alter or relocate accommodation and or dates according to circumstances.

Please bring all vouchers with you, Vouchers are non refundable or transferable. Vouchers that need replacing will incur a replacement fee. Overcrowding is strictly prohibited and exceeding maximum occupancy numbers will result in immediate termination of your stay.

Credit Card Bond

A credit card bond may be required upon check-in to some accommodation. Ask your travel consultant for specific details for your particular accommodation. All breakages (accidental or otherwise) must be compensated. This will be applied to any damage, breakages, lost keys and accommodation that is left in an untidy manner.

Responsibility

Neither the company nor anyone on it’s behalf shall be liable for any death, loss, injury, accident, damage to personal property (including baggage) or delay, illness, strike, machinery failure, acts of God, improper documentation or any other causes beyond it’s control. We reserve the right to alter or amend accommodation and/or dates accordingly to circumstances beyond our control. Prices, services and conditions are based on the situation at the time of printing but can be subject to change without notice due to unforeseen circumstances.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to guard against cancellation fees and lost deposits, the loss of personal belongings, accidental death and personal liability. Please ask your travel consultant for details.
